Solar cells are devices that convert light energy into electromagnetic energy immediately according to optical effects or photochemical reaction effects. It uses the basic principle of photoelectric conversion to make the radiation source light of the sun change into electromagnetic energy according to the semiconductor chemical substances. The whole process of this kind of photoelectric conversion is generally called "photogenerated voltaic effect". Solar cells are also called "solar cells". If it is irradiated by the sun, it can output voltage and current flow in an instant, which is called photovoltaic power generation in physics, and is commonly known as solar power generation. The plastic film solar cells in the optical effect are popular, while the wet test solar cells in the photochemical reaction effect are still in the embryonic stage.
The solar cell is composed of high efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell, tempered laminated glass, EVA, transparent TPT side panel and aluminum alloy frame. The basic principle of solar cells is the "light-generated amperage" effect of semiconductor PN junctions. The light-induced amperometric effect is, simply put, an effect of induced electromotive force and current caused by changes in the charge distribution of the body when an object is exposed to sunlight. In the vapor, liquid and solid can cause this kind of effect, but in the solid state, especially in the semiconductor, the high efficiency of light energy conversion into electromagnetic energy is particularly high, so the optical effect in the semiconductor causes everyone's special concern, the number of scientific research is the largest, and the creation of the invention of the production of semiconductor solar cells.
When the natural light directly hit the PN junction, the electronic devices in the semiconductor release electronic devices because of the light energy, resulting in the electronic devices and cavitation pairs, and under the effect of the electrostatic field of the potential barrier, the electronic devices are driven to the N-type area, and the cavitation is driven to the P-type area, so that there are electronic devices with excess capacity in the N area and cavitation with excess capacity in the P area. Therefore, the photogenerated electrostatic field is generated around the PN junction in the opposite direction of the potential barrier electric field. Part of the photogenerated electrostatic field offsets the potential barrier electrostatic field, and part makes the P-type region positively charged and the N-type region negatively charged. Therefore, the induced electromotive force caused by the tomography in the middle of the N and P regions is called "photogenerated voltaic" induced electromotive force. When connected to the external circuit, there will be electromagnetic energy output.
